Oh look! It’s another test and essay combo!
15 May, 2008So I have two 50 minute exams coming up, that, to be completely honest with you? I’m not thrilled about.
I also have an essay that I’m moderately interested in writing. It’s on a really interesting subject and the readings for it have been great, however the actual writing of? blah.
It seems I’m always much more interested in writing these essays when they’re still an idea, rather than an activity I have to actually perform.
Loads of people I know are graduating this week notably: Karlie, Louise, and Adey. Ben would have been too, if he wasn’t doing honours this year.
It’s going to take forever before I get to that point. Remind me again why I signed up for all this study and essay and test crap?
I’m kidding I know why I’m here. I just enjoy moaning pitifully about the misfortune it all. It makes me feel like I’m getting my moneys worth out of Study Link.
What is with all the tests n crap? I suck at tests Eassays are ok as long as i vaguely know what im talking about.

I’m going to become a pony. Or a world famous acrobat. Or possibly a scuba diver, who designs letterheads for political parties on an underwater Mac. While eating underwater icecream.

It would probably be pistacio flavoured. They go well with salt.

Woo hoo I got published (even if you spelt my name wrong hehe). Your doing it so you can get all dressed up pretty for graduation and get your $30,000 certificate and balloon WHICH DIDNT EVEN HAVE HELIUM!!!!! Sorry thats a sore point lol
essays are crap. i essayed out in undergrad… 1/2 the reason i never went back to school is because i am SO OVER writing freaking essays. FOREVER.

Yes fuck the essays! unless they’re like 50% of your grade or even 10%.
I think I prefer essays over exams though, essays you read what you have to and write it in as little time as possible. Exams equals reading EVERYTHING and taking millions of notes, none of which sinks in, and you have to devote hours and hours to it and always feel guilty when your not. Technically id rather do neither, but essays are my pref over exams.
